We are manufacturers of Adhesive Coated Products specialising in Pressure Sensitive Tapes utilising Aqueous Adhesives. We produce bulk master rolls varying from 100sqm to 500sqm in size.

We are able to offer water-based, solvented and hotmelt adhesive types utilising paper and filmic backers with tissue, filmic and mesh supports.

CONTRACT COATING

We provide contract coating services to industry for aqueous systems and adhesives.

PILOT COATING SERVICE

We provide pilot coating services or narrow width coating to a maximum of 500mm.

LAMINATION

We have a comprehensive in house laminating facility with double wind and unwind capability designed to handle foams, papers, films, foils and boards, currently to a maximum width of 1600mm although 2000mm has been processed in the past.
